This is Sadie's most peculiar statistic in 1931. It is never used in a caper, and thus one might suspect that raising it has no purpose other than the Four Aces achievement. However, Poker Inspirations have some powerful Boost values.
So on one hand, whenever you see "+# Poker" it is entirely meaningless in a practical sense; on the other, an activity that includes Poker Inspirations is not nearly as pointless. In any case, we wouldn't advise spending Sadie's precious free time on Poker during Hard mode unless your long-term goals are extremely modest ...
